diagnostic criteria (According to the DSM-IV-TR):

Frantic efforts to avoid real or imagined abandonment. (Does not include self-injurious behaviors).
Very intense and unstable relationships, feelings alternate between idealization and devaluation of people, situations and objects.
A sharp and unstable self-image (persistent). Identity disturbance.
Impulsivity in at least two areas and is harmful to them: for example compulsive shopping, sex, drug abuse, binge eating, reckless driving, theft ... (not include self-injurious behaviors).
Behavior, recurrent suicidal attempts or threats. Self-harm (appearing in 70% of cases).
High reactivity of mood that leads to emotional instability. Eg intense episodic dysphoria, anxiety, irritability ... that usually last a few hours and rarely a few days. (Emotional lability)
Chronic feelings of emptiness.
Inappropriate, intense anger or difficulty controlling anger. For example constant fights, temper, anger ...
